At Ware Furniture, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the package or due to an incorrect address, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if any items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damage to help us resolve the matter promptly.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
